Policies

-No refunds will be provided once the class has begun, for any reason. If a student is unable to attend due to dire circumstances, there is the possibility of attending a future round of classes at a decreased cost.

-Cash and checks are acceptable, as well as transfers through Venmo. Full payment is due prior to the first day of class. I do not accept reimbursement through insurance companies at this time.

-Though this class is being taught by a licensed marriage and family therapist, and students may find therapeutic value in the skills they learn, the Online Coping Skills Class is not group therapy. There will be no assessments, diagnoses, or interventions provided during this class.

-Students do not need to share vulnerable or personal information in order to benefit from this class. I may share behavioral observations of individual students with their legal guardians, and any information shared in class is not confidential.

-I do not provide recordings of classes to students that have missed a class. It is important to me to protect the privacy of all of my students, and a recording would violate that privacy.

-Please note that I will not be assessing individual students for suicidality or self-harming behaviors, and will not be held responsible if a student attempts to harm themselves or others.
